Before we begun our campaign, we searched for the reasons why the clients were still attending the agencies, many of them, because of fear or insecurities in regards to the self-service portals and the lack of knowledge about other ways of access to their accounts.

We focus, then, on the growing familiality that people who own smartphones and tablets, which already are part of the daily routine and fulfill a variety of needs.

We created a crossmedia advertisement campaign using the slogan “Live intensely, be yourself” (“Viva intensamente, seja você”), with campaigns on tv, radio, and the internet. The pieces showed that, when they access your Banese account through the virtual portals, anywhere and anytime, the public would have more free time and enjoy life in the best way possible. We also emphasized the need to download the Banese app on your cellphone and tablet, so that the client could easily use the bank’s services. Since the main goal was to make the public download the Banese app, a step by step tutorial was released in specific pieces, like the printed folder and Youtube Videos. We also produced creative interventions on the most popular online portal of Sergipe, other than the handing out folders in specific locations, like bank agencies and crowded places.
