The Legislative Assembly works with campaigns that promote citizenship with the intent for the population to have access to information about their activities, like attracting people to their environments and channels of interaction from the institution. With the knowledge that, by the population, their website is one of the most sought for channels, so they can get access to information and services that the website provides. ALESE realized that the website didn’t live up to the efficiency that was needed to attend to people’s needs.
